As your butcher date approaches, the butcher shop will speak with you directly to go over your cut preferences.
You’ll work with them one-on-one to choose steak thickness, roast sizes, packaging options, and any other details.
Expect a full mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, soup bones, cubed steak, and more—based on the size of your order.
3. Processing & Pickup
Your beef is processed at our trusted butcher shop exactly to your specifications.
Once it’s ready, you’ll receive an email to schedule pickup.
4. Enjoy Your Beef
Fire up the grill, slow-cook a roast, or stock your freezer with premium Ohio-raised beef.
