SECURING YOUR SPOT
Place your non-refundable $100 deposit through our BULK BEEF product page to begin your custom order. Once your deposit is submitted, you’ll be added to the scheduling queue for the next available butcher date. (Upcoming availability is listed below.)
2. WATCH YOUR EMAIL
You’ll receive an order confirmation right away, and then a follow-up email with your assigned butcher date after your order is reviewed and added to the schedule. This second email may arrive separately.
3. CUSTOMIZE YOUR CUTS
Work one-on-one with our trusted butcher, Hilltop Butcher Shop, to decide your steak thickness, roast sizes, packaging style, and any other details you care about. Your order typically includes a variety of: sirloin steaks, t-bones, porterhouses, ribeyes, roasts, ground beef, soup bones, cubed steaks, and more.
4. PROCESSING & PICKUP
Once your beef is processed according to your specifications, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s ready for pickup at the butcher shop.
5. ENJOY!
